Was no longer a Holiday Inn.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is now a Clarion inn. This changeover happened between when I made reservations and when I checked in. The rooms are okay, but badly need upgrading. The ceiling in my room had several places where the walls were separating from the ceiling, and the bathroom had a warped door from being unsealed and having wet towels hung on it (my guess). ...read more

Ice machine was always empty.

The hotel actually exceeding my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, which sets the tone for the entire stay. I really have no complaints.

Noisy, bad sound proofing, insulating doors/walls.

Overall satisfactory stay. Easily awoken early in morning from people in the halls. Small to average rooms if you were traveling as a family, but did accommodate family needs with waterpark, mini golf and some other amenities were available. ...read more

The waterpark was great for my son.

It feels a little bit too outdated.
